All orders are shipped via Standard USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed, packaged, and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delays may occur due to natural disasters, inclement weather, high order volume, or postal service interruptions.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery time depends on USPS standard delivery schedules, typically ranging from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to legal restrictions, we may not be able to ship certain products to specific states or regions. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.


Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your customer service email] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please contact your local post office for assistance.

  • The CBD Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after USPS has marked them as delivered.
